　　武汉晶科信息产业有限公司，注册资本5000万元人民币，投资总额8500万元人民币，是由深圳科技控股有限公司（香港主板上市公司，股票代号106）和武汉晶科科技投资有限公司共同投资组建的中外合资企业。
　　 公司是从事石英晶体元器件系列产品开发、生产和销售的专业厂商，年产各种规格的石英晶体频率片1.2亿片；石英晶体器件4800万支，包括HC-49U、HC-49U/S、UM-1、UM-5及SMD型石英晶体谐振器。产品频率范围5–200MHz，频率稳定度可达±2.5PPM，年老化率达±2PPM。
　　 公司拥有独立的生产基地──“晶科工业园”，工业园占地28681平方米。公司从德国、美国、日本、英国引进了一批先进的制造设备及测试仪器。且具有健全并行之有效的ISO900:2000质量管理体系，对产品质量提供最有力的保障。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

　　Wuhan Jingke Information Industry Co., Ltd is a sino-foreign joint-venture enterprise with authorized capital RMB 50 million and total investment RMB 85 million, owned by Shenzhen High-Tech Holdings Ltd and Wuhan Jingke Science & Technology Investment Co., Ltd.
　　We are experts of the quartz crystal components in terms of development, production and sales. We are able to supply 120 million pieces of Quartz Crystal Blank and 48 million pieces of quartz crystal resonator annually. Products types such as HC-49U, HC-49U/S, HC-49U/T, UM-1, UM-5, SMD with frequency range covers 5MHz to 200MHz and frequency tolerance reaches ±2.5PPM, while aging reaches ±2PPM per annum.
　　Our industrial estate covers an area of 28,681 square meters. Our plants are well equipped with advanced production facilities and testing instruments which are made in Germany, USA, Japan and UK. Our quality management system has been awarded with ISO9001:2000 Certificate to ensure the quality of our products maintain a stable and world-wide acceptable standard.
